Decent for what it is, but not a standout

I've ordered from Telluride Angler a few times now, mainly for some specific affiliate tools I can't easily find elsewhere. My first couple of orders were pretty smooth, everything arrived as expected and the tools worked fine. This last time though, I had a bit of a mixed bag. One of the products had some conflicting documentation, which made setting it up more of a hassle than it needed to be. I eventually figured it out, but it definitely added some extra time to my workflow. Their selection for influencer marketing stuff is still pretty good, which is why I keep coming back, but I do wish the consistency was a bit higher across the board. It's reliable enough for the essentials, but sometimes you hit a snag.

Oh my goodness, I just got ScreenFlow after trying the free trial and it's absolutely brilliant for my YouTube videos! The interface is so easy to use, even for someone like me who's not super technical. Editing was a breeze, and the quality of the exports was top-notch. Will definitely shop here again for future software needs and tell all my friends about it!

I've bought Wirecast upgrades and ScreenFlow licenses from Telestream a few times now. This latest Wirecast Pro upgrade was just like the others – no fuss. Got the license key quickly, and it worked fine on my old setup. Good to see the consistency.

Vantage purchase and support

Decided to get Vantage for our small studio, and the sales process was pretty straightforward. We opted for the annual billing. Documentation online was helpful for understanding the features before buying. Delivery of the license details took about 3 business days, which is reasonable. Had a small issue with initial setup, but their support team via email was quite responsive and helped us resolve it within a day. The software itself is powerful, much better than our previous setup. Glad we went with them.

The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is that I had a tiny question about one of the features, and it took their support team a little longer than I expected to get back to me. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. Still, I'd probably use them again if I need more tools for this kind of work.
